‘Vrouw en Huis’ is a post-war Flemish magazine for women, founded by publisher ‘De Vlijt’ in 1947. It placed itself in the market alongside the more well-known ones such as Libelle, Het Rijk der Vrouw, Goed Nieuws and Rosita.<\/p>\n

The content is mainly about fashion and making clothes and objects in fabric. It also features articles on cooking, interior design, psychology, tourism and culture. The magazine is adorned with lots of beautiful photographs so typical of the style of the time.
